La proposta MiCA, nel regolare il white paper sulle offerte di crypto-assets, sembra tenere in considerazione i benefici e i limiti dei sistemi di voluntary e di mandatory disclosure, non optando integralmente né per il primo, né per il secondo. In quest’ottica, se può condividersi l’approccio regolamentare diretto a graduare, a seconda della tipologia di token offerto, sia il contenuto che l’assoggettamento del documento a mera notifica o ad approvazione ex ante da parte dell’Autorità competente, dubbi sorgono in ordine all’indistinta allocazione dell’onere della prova in capo all’oblato, nei casi di violazione della disciplina del relativo white paper.

The MiCa proposal in the regular white paper on crypto-assets offerings seems to take into account the benefits and limitations of voluntary and mandatory disclosure systems not opting for either the former or the latter in full. On one hand one can agree with the regulatory approach aimed at adapting the content of the white paper to the type of token offered and at making the white paper either subject to mere notification or to the approval by the competent Authority depending on the asset offered. The pandemic crisis has accelerated the diffusion of learning environments characterized by the intensive use of technology. This novelty represents a transversal objective of the professionalization of the university teacher with a particular declination on the pedagogical-didactic-evaluation side as a strategic issue for the development of higher education. This paper presents the results of research conducted with 119 newly recruited university teachers and 20 Department Directors. The aim of the research was on the one hand to detect the perception of newly hired teachers related to their teaching metacognitive and evaluative skills with reference to distance learning to highlight specific characteristics that could have encouraged or hindered adaptation to this new condition. On the other hand through the qualitative research the aim has been to penetrate in depth the challenges posed by the digital revolution at University by carrying out 20 interviews with privileged witnesses who represent on the national scene agents of institutional change. These are two ways of approaching the consumption of sports by spectators and actorIn the last thirty years sport has taken on a very significant meaning in people's lives and albeit with considerable differences both in advanced economic development countries and in developing countries. On an individual level it constituted an area of identity investment when it assumed the shape of “sport spectacle” to be enjoyed fueling the practice of cheering and fandom or constituting the model of a winning lifestyleand the two ways of use can be strongly related to the perception and assessment of the quality of life. The “semantic universes” which however connote sport and “free time sports” have often appeared polarized. Commercial sport and sports professionalism are intertwined with the institutions of economics politics and culture which above all stress its “spectacularity” in order to capture first and foremost the audience. But also the sport of leisure time is intertwined with the actions of the institutions of economics politics and culture with the difference that these stress above all its “healthy value” aimed at the “healthy and rational” investment of time in an activity which improves the quality of life in the short medium and long period. This polarization between the consumption of sport entertainment - commercial sport - and the consumption of sport as a leisure activity - sport for all - has become increasingly interconnected precisely because of the increased collective identity demand via sport. In other words we have witnessed the spread of shape of sports entertainment that recall the importance of sports for psychophysical well-being for integration and social participation for the reduction of social inequalities ethnic and cultural differences and in which the importance assumed was weakened in the show from agonism from competition from the physical confrontation between two contenders or two teams. A sport in which we act with competitors as well as against competitors. And on the other hand we have gradually witnessed the spectacularization of sports in our free time to the point that the sharing of the results obtained through the declination of a competitive spirit that presents itself as directed no longer against other contenders but against its own performance limits it has become the way in which each person makes part of his or her own life spectacular the one he often considers most authentic. The inequality in access to cyberspace due to age at the beginning of the twenty-first century was followed by an economic crisis that intensified many socio-labor dynamics. Through a contextualization with INE data and a qualitative sample, the following work tries to capture the attitudes about ICT related to their previous labor trajectories on those over 45 years of age; and, on the other hand, its introduction to cyberspace from work as a conditioner in the perception of crisis, the maintenance of employment or their way out to retirement.
